Dr. Miles Prosser

​/ Dr Miles Prosser is a chiropractor with a strong clinical and academic foundation. He completed his Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic, and holds a Sports Medicine Level 1 qualification, which supports his work with both active individuals and competitive athletes.

​

/ During his postgraduate training, Dr Miles achieved Dux of the Year in his Master’s degree and was awarded Excellence in Radiology, reflecting a high level of academic distinction and diagnostic capability.

​

/ Dr Miles’ clinical focus is on the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interest in manual therapy, purposeful spinal and extremity adjusting, and evidence-informed care. He places strong emphasis on identifying the underlying drivers of a patient’s presentation, developing individualised treatment strategies that extend beyond symptom relief to support long-term function, movement efficiency, and resilience.

/ His approach is informed by personal experience. As a teenager, Dr Miles experienced significant back issues that temporarily limited his participation in sports. Through chiropractic care, he returned to full activity. This experience continues to shape his empathetic, patient-centred approach.

/ Dr Miles has a strong interest in sports and neurology. He is currently the Primary Chiropractor for the Rydalmere Lions, an NSW NPL 2 football team, where he works closely with athletes to support injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimisation. In addition, he works as a sessional tutor in Neuroanatomy at Macquarie University, maintaining close engagement with contemporary anatomical and neurological science.

/ Outside of clinical practice, Dr Miles is passionate about sport, values time with family and friends, and is committed to maintaining balance between professional excellence and personal wellbeing.
